Our Weekend...

Happy Sunday! If you're checking in for the first time this weekend, you may notice that I once again changed up the colors a bit on my blog since implementing a new layout recently (I hope you like the two columns versus threeit feels a lot less cluttered to me!)

It all started Friday when I was online purchasing a couple new Kendra Scott pieces (this and these). Suddenly I was obsessed with yellow. That same day, I saw a wedding posted by Style Me Pretty on my newsfeed, and it had the prettiest colors. I couldn't stop thinking about how bright and happy those colors were and I wanted to bring that to my blog. I loved the rose gold/pink/coral theme before, too, but I was so drawn to these colors that I knew they'd be perfect for the blog. I hope you love them as much as I do---and thanks again to Meg for helping set it all up (and teaching me how to do some of the implementation along the way too!)

On Saturday, I posted my blog sale and I've been (happily) overwhelmed with all of the emails coming in--- can't wait for those pieces to find new homes in your closets! I have now responded to everyone and will be sending out PayPal invoices soon--- thank you for your patience! As of now, most of the pieces are sold, but there are a few items left.

Here are some snapshots from our weekend:

In other news, I had my hair colored on Friday. You might recall I had my ombre done somewhere else on my birthday and it wasn't what I wanted (too bold/too solid/too blonde). My lovely colorist fixed it by adding lots of brown lowlights and covering up a lot of the parts that were too blonde/brassy. I feel like myself again.
 Harper helped me clean...
and ate a mango very enthusiastically...
Gave her baby doll a headband, too...
Watched videos of her dance moves with daddy...
 and read lots of books.
and there were lots of cuddles(Harper's bow by Willow Crowns)
Saturday night I had another girl's night  (in yoga pants, of course) with Megan. We sipped tea and ended up yapping our heads off until after 11. Conversation > sleep, always.

Hope you enjoyed your weekend!
